I don't care who makes it, I don't care if I even get credit, I would just like to see someone make a Firefox extension of which would make a search bar where you can search IP Addresses frmo http://www.arin.net/whois/ and open the results in a new tab.

Can anyone inlightly me on what taht site is?
From what it looks like its like a record of ip's and who they are? am i right, im not to sure cause the ips i searched came back with pretty much the same thing.
i did read the site but i didnt really understand the point of it.

What the extension allows you to do is a IP whois search on any IP. Let's say you wanted to know what everyone can find out about you, so you decide to 'whois' your IP. Just simply enter you IP addreses into the little search box in Firefox and there you go.

ok cool, so its a good tool to use to see whos connected to your comp? like what ips are webpages what one are msn ect ect.
