I've been here before, stumbling upon it by means of links to it either directly from Google searches or in messages posted in other forums on other websites, such as BroadBand Reports (also known as DSL Reports). But, this time, I found it via a link from a page at the The Tech Guide which referred to a particularly valuable pair of downloads, WinPFind.zip and Trackqoo.zip. I recognized that I had been here before and found valulable information, so I took the time to look around some more, finding a community that was actually active and enjoyed participation from a number of unusually well-informed people.
