i reset the c-mos and could not find the bios floppy. I went to the computer site and got the bios. How do i get my new bios loaded?

Em, kind confusing post. Do you have the BIOS ROM file on a floppy? Updating the BIOS is an easy process and it has it's risks, if for some reason you are updating and the electricity goes, you could ruin the mobo(unless you get a new BIOS chip and replace it), and your manufactuer won't let you RMA for that.

is there a way to do it with cd rom (im in school fixing a teachers computer, dont got a flash drive)?
