Hello everybody,

I have a question about the use of combofix. When I launch the program I get a warning which says that I have a bug in my CFScript, but I didn't launch that kind of script only combofix.exe. A fter that Combofix closes. What can I do so I could scan my computer?

Kindly regards

Patsticks

We don't recommend the use of Combofix without the instruction and under the guidance of a HJT team member
Please read the disclaimer

We offer no support for Combofix other than what is in the tutorial

One of the reasons it is not recommended to use ComboFix without supervision is because of these kinds of problems, as you already know. What hasn't been pointed out is that, if you had had supervision, your helper could have gotten in contact with CF's author to resolve the issue. He won't do that with people who ignore the disclaimer and run it on their own--he uses his time to make CF better.

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits
