Will an EVGA GTX 260 fit in my case?

i have a studio desktop 540 mini tower, heres some pictures.

Also, will an antec earthwatt 650w handle the card smoothly and will it fit in my case?

It depends. I see card dimensions (length) up to 11", most seem to be about 10.5". Measure from the backplane forward to see if it will fit. From what you have posted/pictures, it looks like it will. Now, that opinion is out the window if you have a hard drive or some other component mounted in that front cage in line with that PCIE slot. You will have to measure.

That powersupply you listed will work fine.

Keep in mind that these cards are very large and may extend past the motherboard and into the hard drive bay. You may be able to relocate the drives to another drive bay. I have one older PC that is in a mid ATX case. I replaced the GPU with the 8800 GTS 640MB when it launched. Since the 8800 GTS is 9 inches long, there is less than an inch between the back of the card and the hard drives in my case and the 8800 GTS is smaller than the GTX 260.
