Windows Vista Boots to a Black Screen Only Boots in Safe Mode

Hello,

Hoping I can get some help from you guys. I'm currently running Vista Home and am having trouble booting up. I'm able to get into Safe Mode but that's about it. I'm not able to get the System Repair option up on the Vista Installation Disc.

Any help is much appreciated.
