Hi everyone, I come across this forum when I am surfing the internet for malware information. Everytime, when my computer is infected, I always format the hard drive and install a clean windows. I hope I'll learn how to remove malware and virus after I join this forum without clean install of OS.

A clean install will get rid of malware, but at a high price of your time reinstalling all your applications and updates. I think you will find our Members more than willing to help you avoid that ultimate step which will save you a lot of time.
Welcome to BC!
Regards,
John
