Hi Blendmik,

If you're not able to discern which of the forums is the most appropriate in which to post your question,
then start a new topic here in the General forum.
Provide as much information as you are able to about your system and problem.

If necessary, a board moderator may move the post to the most appropriate forum,
leaving a link for you to track it.
