Hi l recently built a site for a client which worked very well.
The original spec was to build and maintain the site, including any updates.
My client now wants to do 'everything' himself, which is absolutely fine by me.
However if he makes a 'pigs ear' out of the site l don't want any comeback.
Does anyone have any well worded disclaimers l can ask him to sign before l hand it over to him?
I just want to make sure all parties are happy with the agreement.
Many thanks
