Just a note to say that after a day's frustration and 36 Euro the poorer, your free soution worked a dream.
This proved to be a very dogged spyware but with the instructions and using Malwarebytes at http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-remo...e-secureveteran killed off this parasite very efficiently.
