Slow internet? FlushDNS!

This depends upon your connection details, but generally FlushDNS is a useful command for clearing obsolete IP cache.

For Vista, requiring elevated prompt, you can save this into Notepad as Refresh.bat on the desktop and double-click it to execute.

runas /user:local\administrator

ipconfig /flushdns
pause
