Help
I have HP Paviliondv2415nr, Vista Home Premium 32-bit. I can not download (save or run) programs or updates or even attachments and then go back and find them in the appropriate folder or location. Search does not locate them and if I choose to "Run" the program the box quickly leaves upon download and program does not start. Please Help!!

Which web browser are you using? And have you tried a different one?
