Last weekend, I purchased a MS Office Suite 2007 Ultimate through MS. I run XP Home w/ 2 Gb RAM and have never had a problem until now. The problem is that when I open any program...the pages are all in black and white...just white pages with black outlines. Could this be a problem of not enough RAM? or another problem? Solutions? Thank you!

Edit: Moved topic from XP to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal

Looks like the maximum spec for this Suite is a 2ghz processor and 1GB ram.

Stating the obvious, uninstall and reinstall - solved my problem with (earlier) Office products.

Is it out of the box or did you download from MS - if so, perhaps you have an incomplete download.

Also make sure you have current up to date graphics drivers.

Perhaps someone has another suggestion.

Batty made a good point-- you might have not downloaded it all the way or some of the files are distorted/defunct. I would download again, since really all your paying for is the key.
Who said I couldn't have everything?
