BleepingComputer.com: ? about video card upgrade to support widescreen tv

I have my computer linked to my tv via s video and when I watch something full screen on my tv it doesnt take up the full screen of my tv...there is like an inch of black border that it doesnt extend to... I was wondering what I need to do to make it take up the full screen... Im getting burn in/ghosting on my tv from the black border
