Restore and Defrag functions on Win XP Pro Suddenly, I am unable to defrag or restore my computer

Apparently I have unknowingly deleted something in my registry while running a registry cleaning program. How can I restore the Restore and Defrag functions. Also, there are no Restore points and I am unable to create one. :thumbsup:
