Wireless broadband issue

I have a friend who has verizon wireless broadband on her laptop. She connected into her wireless schools network on monday. Now she is not able to connect to her verizon broadband, it keeps disconnecting her. Any ideas?

Is this one of those thumb drive plug in cell broadband things?

I think verizon does have a card that you put in.

did she have to change proxy settings?? Cause i go to university and in order to connect wirelessly i have to set the proxy and if i try connecting at home the proxy settings have to be disabled

I'm just shooting an arrow in the dark dont really have expertise :thumbsup:
