Cisco VPN and exchange server issue

Hi all,

We have a remote access VPN set up, and a user that is coming in through it, the user can connect fine to server, ping other servers and RDP to servers etc, however cannot connect to exchange server the send and receive function does not work, has anyone any ideas!
