Your computer probably just can't handle it. Its a laptop, and hard to upgrade. From the specs below(according to wikipedia), you would have a rough time running the software with even the best of the Inspiron 6000 line. I'm pretty sure its just never going to run on that computer, or if it does, it'll be extremely slow.
