BleepingComputer.com: Active Directory user not showing for some people

This is a bizarre one. We've had a new user join us here this week. I created an active directory account and exchange mailbox for them. All of this is fine. But the bizarre thing is, their name doesn't appear in the Global Address List in Outlook for some of our users, but does show in the very same list for other users. Can anybody explain why this would be?
