Scammers have taken phishing attack to an entirely new level. They send you a bogus email with the phishing link of a fake web site of a bank. You think its an email from your bank and you click on the link. The link takes you to the fake web site that looks exactly like your bank's web site.

So Whats new? Now scammers put a Live Chat link on the fake web site. When you click on the link and start a chat session, the scammers talk to you directly and in the name of helping you they ask you for the secret information like bank credentials, email address, postal address etc.
