Does anyone know of any good shareware for photo's I have tried windows live and picaso from google. any suggestions, thank you in advance for any help

What do you want to do with the photos? Edit them? Organize them? Both?

I think irfanview is supposed to be good, but I've never bothered to download it.

There are several photos shareware sites like. istockphoto.com and photobucket.com, where you can upload videos and share. Check this out.

For viewing, and very basic editing Irfanview is fine.

For slightly deeper editing, paint.net or gimp are said to be good among the free utilities.

Disclaimer: I don't use the above two, since I use CS4 (excellent but not free so it fails your requirement) I don't know how good they really are.
