I have a Dell desktop running Vista. I've noticed in the past few weeks, the computers time is not correct. The minutes are normally right, but the hour is off by 2-3 hours. Its not a big problem but I have to go in and change the time every few days. I recently had to replace the memory due to it dying on me but I can't imagine that has anything to do with it. Any ideas on what my problem could be?

This can be a dying CMOS battery on your motherboard. You need to replace it.
Open your computer case, look on your motherboard for a 3V coin cell as shown in the picture :

Press the latch out and battry would pop out. Replace with a cell of the same rating. Normally the rating is 3V CR2032
