My .pst file is 7G, entirely too big. I have created additional .pst folders. What is the best way to move my larger mailboes into the new .pst file? When I right click the mailbox it seems to take for ever to let me move the mailbox to the new folder. Is there a better way?

Not knowing what mail client you use. I'll share this and maybe it will work for you. It's directed at Outlook 2007 users. But might work for other MS products.
See this MS KB article: You may experience performance problems when you are working with items in a large .pst file or in a large .ost file in Outlook 2007
Specifically look at the section titled Method 3: Split your large .pst file into several smaller .pst files.
Hope this helps.
