Hello everyone,
I recently had to get my computer repaired, seems my hard drive had a major meltdown, which was obvious to me when I turned it in to the pc tech. Anyway, he had to get me a new hard drive, and everything works fine except for the fact that my internet feels slow. I have Firefox and Internet Explorer 6. The internet acts the same for both, so I know my browsing experience isn't regulated to a certain browser. I have a Windows XP computer, it's a little old pc (2003), but being I have a new hard drive I shouldn't have a problem, should I. He turned my windows update off, lord knows why, so updated all my security updates just now. Is there anything I can do, or any advice you can give so I can fix this problem. I do alot of web browser gaming such as Pogo.com, neopets.com, etc., seems I have this problem not only when I play games but when I play my video playlist on YouTube. Advice anyone?
