I've never seen an error like this and was wondering if anyone could help me out with it by either telling me how to fix it or just giving me an idea of what it means or how it occurred.
Whenever my desktop loads several command lines run really fast with different programs in the title, and then an error comes up with one stating the following:
16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem
C:\PROGRA~1\Google\GOOGLE~1\GOOGLE~2.EXE
The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
CS:1220 IP:0366 OP:63 6f 64 69 6e Choos 'Close' to terminate the application.
Usually it comes up with a problem with REGEST~1.EXE but this time it showed up in GOOGLE~2.EXE for whatever reason.
After the error occurs most of my programs don't seem to run. I tried opening spybot search and destroy and it attempts to run but fails. It opens another command line and closes immediately. Every other program I try to run to see if it can identify something wrong has the same fate.
Any help is greatly appreciated you guys!
