I accidentally deleted a partion

I accidentally deleted a partion thinking it was the Windows XP OS.

But it was the Dell Recovery Partion.

Now, I tested, and the recovery isnt workin at all (holding CTRL-F11 down during boot).

So how can I retrieve this recovery partion again?
