Desktop Time/Weather/CPU?

Hi im looking for something for my desktop that shows the time/weather/CPU and some other things. I have no idea what its called but i'd like it i use to have it on my computer but i got rid of it somehow how can i get another?

It doesn't have CPU or the Weather is there anything else?

Are you talking about the Windows Sidebar? In Start menu under Accessories.
