Do you mean Windows98 25 character long CD-KEY?
Sharing CD-KEY's over the internet is considered illegal and BleepingComputer is not going to do that. I am sorry but such discussions are not permitted over BleepingComputer.com.
Microsoft has discontinued support for Windows98 so you're out of luck there.
You can buy a new(?) Windows 98 CD from here : http://www.emsps.com/oldtools/mswin98.htm
