Excuss me for three post of the same thing, my PC is glitching more than just for the streaming apperently.

Hi,

I just did 2 total reinstalls to get CinemaNow.com streaming to work and it did till I put some programs back on my PC and it glitched again. But this second time I determened that it was with the last six updates for Office 2000 that caused the glitch that stopped the streaming. These are the last six updates after Office SP 3 after which there are no more updates for Office 2000.
So what I'd like to know is where Windows XP keeps the Office Updates so that I can delete them even if your not suppose to so that I don't have to do a total reinstall again. Can anyone help me with this? Please. Thank you.

John

I'm sorry, I meant where are they kept on my PC once downloaded. -Some fill out of the way some where hidden where it's hard to find unless someone tells you where they are. Do you know where they are downloaded to onto your PC? Thank you.

To the best of my knowledge there is no way to uninstall or remove the Office updates once installed.

The only option is to remove the office product and the registry entries.
See if this will help.
