"deco_32.dll can't be found"

when i'm in photoshop and try to save an image i get this message and can't save image. thanks, boyd.

Deco.dll appears to be a file common to Adobe graphics applications...I suspect that your install is damaged.

I would uninstall the aforementioned program...then reinstall it and update it.
