Lately, after being online for a while, I've attempted to restart of shutdown my computer. The computer goes through it's process, but when it gets to the screen that says 'logging off', the system hangs and fails to complete the process. A hard reboot is required to shutdown or restart. Any one have any ideas on how to fix this problem?
