Which option do you want and you then you can make it the default. If you do nothing, the highlighted one will load in 30 seconds or less. Is that the one you want?

Do both work?

Here is an article that describes the process, why the options are there and what to do about them:

If you are not sure what to do:

In Explorer, navigate to Local Disk (C:), click Tools, Folder Options, View, select Show hidden files..., uncheck Hide extensions...

This will reveal the hidden boot.ini file.

Open the boot.ini file with notepad, copy and paste the contents here for analysis.
