Hi everyone. First let me say I am a complete computer noob, and I have no idea whats going wrong with my computer. I have a dell inspiron 1525 with vista. Whenever it starts up, it shows this message.

An error has occurred in the script on this page
Line: 31
Char:3
Error: Error in loading DLL
Code:0
URL:file:///C:/Program%20Files/Dell%20Support%20Center/sscommon/common/snapins/shell/ss_shell.htm?config=..%255c..%255c..%255c..%255cgs_agent%255cdsc_config.xml&configtouse
Do you want to continue running scrips on this page?
Yes/No

No matter what option I choose, my computer works fine.

But after awhile, I get another text box.

It says

Windows Internet Explorer
Failed on loading skin name "dellprodreg_skin". The file "shell.css" is required in you "sscommon/skins/dellprodreg_skin/css/" directory. To fix this problem, please check the skin name in your config file or reinstal the application
This window will be closed

But when I get that text box, there is just a blank white square behind that box that I can't get rid of until I restart the computer.

The computer works fine, I'm just worried that somethings wrong and the computer will stop working.
And this is pretty much a brand new computer.

So does anyone know what is wrong with the first script error? And I'll post the second box as soon as I get it again.

Thank you
