An animated Giff isn't considered a video, . Correct ?

I went there but when I click upload it will not show the application on the file selection !

If you want to try it I'll send you the small 4 frame Plugin

As i know where you need to upload animated gif file first check that they are accepting GIF or not. because almost every website only accepting video files not accepting gif and jpg files.
