Monitor Keeps Flashing but its a hardware issue?

So everytime i use my computer it will be fine then randomly the monitor will start flashing. Just th3e screen not like the monitor powers off and on. Its a hardware issue coming from the computer itself. I will turn it off completly ad restart and it will stilld oit. If lets say i leave it over night with power off and turn it on in the morning it will work but only for so long maybe and hour to 2 hours. Also when I plug in usb items it cuts the time it last shorter.

have you tried connecting it to a other computer just to make sure its the screen and not the computer ?

Yes have done that its the computer not the monitor.

You could try removing the current video drivers and then reinstalling same or update them...but it sounds as if your video is dying, IMO.

what operating system you using ?

what you could do is go into the BIOS screen
and leave it on that for about 2 hours and see if it does that
if it doesn't then it may be a software problem
but we cant be sure since its not using a high res and high 32 bit color
