I contacted Symantec to make them aware of reoccurring Auto-Protect results I get even when my scans are clean. The files identified are a random series of DWHxxx.tmp files. Their support staff indicated I may be "experiencing a defect" and sent me the following document link to alleviate the issue.

The problem is, I'm having a difficult time understanding where to go to make the necessary changes. I do not have Endpoint Protection just the regular ole' Symantec AntiVirus so I'm trying to execute the workaround preferences. I don't know where to go in order to: 1. Disable rescanning of quarantine upon receipt of new virus definitions. My guess is to open up SAV and go to configure...but, I'm at a loss after that.
Also, I'm listing the reoccurring files that pop up just incase anyone has another idea of how to get rid of them. They are low risk yet so annoying. All my MBAM and SAS come up clean but these buggers continue to show up
Bloodhound.PDF.9 Partial 2 DWHEC55.tmp Heuristics
Bloodhound.Exploit.213 Left alone 1 DWHEA80.tmp Heuristics
Bloodhound.Exploit.213 Left alone 1 DWHE8CB.tmp Heuristics
Bloodhound.Exploit.213 Left alone 1 DWHE783.tmp Heuristics
Trojan.Swifi Partial 2 DWHE37B.tmp File
Bloodhound.Exploit.196 Left alone 1 DWHE233.tmp Heuristics
Bloodhound.Exploit.213 Left alone 1 DWHE10A.tmp Heuristics
Bloodhound.Exploit.196 Left alone 1 DWHDFD2.tmp Heuristics
Bloodhound.PDF.4 Partial 2 DWHDE99.tmp Heuristics
Bloodhound.Exploit.213 Left alone 1 DWHD9F6.tmp Heuristics
Thank you in advance for your input!
