*EDIT* I looked up ntkmlpa.exe and it turns out I misread the process explorer font and it's actually ntkrnlpa.exe
I'm having random cpu usage spikes. I used process explorer to find out it was ntkmlpa.exe which has something to do with the Nvidia drivers that I have. I'm using a Geforce 6600.
I downloaded the modder.net and modified the drivers but that didn't work. After I modified the drivers I would install the drivers like normal. Every time I try to install it, it won't ever install. I can get through the installation just fine but my drivers aren't installed.
I'm able to install the drivers normally without the modder.net but if I modify the drivers before installation it won't install.
This spike is making my mouse lag for 1/4 a second every 3 seconds approximately. That makes it impossible to play an fps or browse the internet.
Any other ways I can go about fixing this issue?
