Lost Stnc Data ActiveSync

I recently installed the latest version of Windows ActiveSync 4.0 to my computer, replacing version 3.8.
I had Epocrates (a medical info program) and Avantgo scheduled to sync automatically every time I cradled the device. However, now that I have installed the new version of ActiveSync, I no longer have these on my syns list.
How do I reinstall these into the ActiveSync list of things to sync when I dock my device?

You may have to reinstall these applications so activesyn sees them again
