Important Announcement: We have two terrific contests running on the site that I wanted all our members and guests to know about.

The first contest is the HP Magic Giveaway, which is underway as of November 28th. More information can be found at this topic, which will be updated very soon with further information.

The second contests, is for the chance to win two Seagate FreeAgent external hard drives. More information about this contest can be found here.

These are both amazing contests and I suggest everyone submit an entry for them.

Hi. I ran the virus scan from Trend Micro's website and it detected 4 viruses on my system. The following explains its results:

WORM SDBOT C:WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/MSSMGRD.EXE
BAT DEBESKI C:WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/O.BAT
WORM AGOBOT.IM C:jgssrstn.exe
BKDR SDBOT.CC C:Qtup.exe

However, AVG virus scan did not pick up these viruses and I could not clean them with the Trend Micro scanner. I could locate the last two files but not the first two. Do I have to enable my computer to display hidden files and should I go ahead and delete those last two files or are they important to my system? Thanks in advance.

All the listed files can be deleted. You should make sure you have hidden files enabled to be seen in order to see the other two if they exist.
