arccon.ac entry point not found problem with arcsoft software

i have a problem with arcsoft software i did a restore on my pc then when it rebooted i got a error saying

arccon.ac- entry point not found

the procedure entry point arcon.getconnect mra setting could not be located in the dynamic link library arccon.dll plz help

That means a calling application cannot find a particular function in arccon.dll. This might mean that arccon.dll is replaced by older or newer version, or it got corrupted. One possible solution is to re-install the arcsoft application so that a fresh copy of arccon.dll is installed.
