SupportAlert.Net Suspected new malware site

This is my first post after lurking for over a year, but my wife just got this on her skype and it is to say the least a little worrisome. Here's the message she received:

TL:DR - So why did I post this? because a cursory search didn't reveal any news of it here or on google, and it seems to be new, and I wanted to get the word out if it's not already. Thanks all, keep up the good work.

Pretty generic rogue/fake alert site. Brand new, though. Nicely done animations, though.

Yeah, it appeared to be a little generic, but it was the "new" that I wanted to raise awareness. Cheers.
