BleepingComputer.com: Is it worth Upgrading Graphic Card

I have an older PC and was wondering if it was worth upgrading the graphics card. My daughter tried to play Sims3 and it wouldn't work, so here i am today.

Here are the specifics from my PC. If any more info is needed please let me know

If it is worth upgrading which one should i get.

how old is this computer?, you may be better off buying or bulding a new computer

It would be better to consider the possibility of updating to a more capable computer.

The general specifications (CPU, RAM) are at the very minimum of requirements, but the limitation of only PCI slots makes it a poor prospect for upgrading:

"Standalone cards that are installed in PCI slots (not PCIe or PCIx or AGP) ... will perform poorly."
