Bluescreen on new laptop

I just bought a hp pavillion laptop less than a month old and it already has popped a bluescreen on me after a minute of loading. I havent installed anything, it just popped up

If it's brand new and under warranty, why not get the supplier to fix it for you? If you try too many remedies yourself you might 'void' the warranty possibly?
