BleepingComputer.com: Vista Home Premium 64 bit BSOD

I have a brand new system that keeps crashing randomly. I can't seem to replicate the same steps to make it crash.

I had problems installing sp2.

The only thing I know is that it says that portmanager.exe keeps crashing:
