Can I burn this Windows XP recovery console iso image (see link below) to a boot-able c.d. with Toast, on my Macbook? It's for a friends PC who was infected with PC Antivirus 2010. (and many other trojans)

Will it work in his PC, even though it was burned with a Mac? I'm thinking it will,
but just want to be sure.

The iso image is already setup for the file system it is intended for. So the answer to your question is yes, it will work.

You will be burning the image. You will not be creating an image from the mac.

Hope this helps,
