I know how this sounds. However, just where does one page end and another begin? So you scroll down and down. Is that all one page?

The reason I ask, Google only lets you place AdSense three per page. That sounds great if I only knew what constitutes a page. Is it when you scroll down as far as you can? Then I have awfully long pages.

That has always been my interpretation of 1 page. Clicking on a link or "next" or a number, depending on the site\page design would open\take you to another page.

Yep.....some real loooooongggggg pages out there.

A "page" on the internet is generally considered to be independent of the amount of scrolling that goes on. A web page can be as long (or as wide) as the author wants to make it.

For example: this page is a scale model of a hydrogen atom; it's roughly eleven miles wide. But considered only one page

And this page claims to be the longest on the internet. Also only one "page".

@AmazingAndrew: Thats it? I've seen longer than that. >_>

My guess would be anywhere on the same page so long as it is some where inbetween the <HTML></HTML> tags. If your not using HTML, if you click a link and you go somewhere you go too another page, if its two compleatly differnt things its two completly differnt pages.

Hope I said that clear enough >_< I think I confused myself with that explanation.
