I installed the latest updates for my Windows Vista (Sony VAIO) laptop (not sure exactly what I installed, how do I find that?), and ever since that (this morning), I can only use my computer for less than an hour before I get the infamous "Blue Screen of Death." I'm not sure what the cause is--can someone help me with this please?

Thank you!

EDIT:
Also, it happened twice in the same day, each time I used my computer today.
But I ran a scan while my computer was in Safe Mode, and my computer was fine the entire time I was scanning it (5+ hours).

if you are looking to find out where the the latest updates are on your computer, go to the windows update page computer and click on view your update history.
