I'm pretty new at this and I was given a gateway laptop M Series from a friend. I wanted to play this new game that I was showed by him. The problem is when I tried to start the game I receive an error saying "CreateDevice Failed" I tried looking on the web by using google. I've heard that I needed a new updated display driver. When I try to update the driver, it gives me nothing. As in, where it should say my information about my adapter, it says nothing. It doesn't give me an Adapter type or the Adapter information. It is just blank. I need to know what video adapter I have and how to fix my problem so I can play "WonderKing". Thanks in advance.
