I was taking a look at a few things in Event Viewer and noticed "iexplore" so I googled it and found this link http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/iexplore.exe.html < which says its ok but not if you have two of them running, So I started up IE and opened TM and saw I have two running, one usings 8+k of memory and the other using about 33+k of memory.
Why do I have two?
Is that a very bad thing like the posts say?

Hello tug.
This is usually nothing to worry about, and is normal for IE8.
Please read this article.

Thanks The Panda, That has cleared things up, I checked the "properties" of both and they are identical. That forum thread I posted was a bit misleading and I panicked so thanks for putting me at ease, could you or someone else take a look at my other thread http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/ind...p;#entry1382616 and take a look over the logs I posted?
Once again thanks.

Just as a note - there is a process library that I find more informative than neuber - www.fileinspect.com For example, have a look at iexplore.exe article there and compare to neuber: http://www.fileinspect.com/fileinfo/iexplore-exe/

If you want someone to look at another thread, bump it there, not here.
