Can't download anything
Why not?

What do you want us to do? We need to know exactly what is happening when you try to download, including the exact error message. We need to know what happens when you try to uninstall AVG, including error messages. We need to know what is happening to make you think that AVG is not working.

I recommend that you post a topic in the Am I Infected section of this forum as it sounds like you are infected.
